The Barn at Tynrhyd Retreat is a historic building that has been meticulously renovated to create a premium holiday accommodation in Ceredigion, Wales.

With a focus on sustainability and renewable energy, the owners worked with Welsh Oak Frame and local suppliers to transform the barn into a stunning retreat for large groups, families, friends, and the corporate market. The barn opened in July 2015 and has since won the LABC Building Award for Excellence. Its Visit Wales four-star grading is a testament to its high standard, while Cambrian House, another building on the estate, boasts a five-star grading. Guests love the character and charm of the barn, and many return time and again to enjoy its unique atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

Made up of three properties; Pumlumon an extraordinary home for up to 16 guests; Cambrian House with high beamed ceilings and vast windows for up to 17 people and Barcud which can sleep up to five but that also makes a beautiful romantic hideaway with chic open plan accommodation.
